The Personal Fitness
Every few weeks or so,
you will visit with Jesper and experience 3 personal training sessions together.
This can be done on a weekend, or during the middle of the week.
During that time Jesper
- Test your current
- Check your progress from
any previous program
- Take new measurements and
- Give you the most
appropriate new program of 'exercise and nutrition' that will cover
you for the next 6 weeks.

Better Option Ongoing Personal Training
This program is for anyone
local to the Midland and Odessa area.
You decide if you'll be
training 1,2,3 or more times per week with Jesper at his facility in Midland TX. Obviously, there is nothing
like working together, in person, toward your ultimate goal.
By working with Jesper
in person each week, each workout builds on the last.
If you've ever
watched the popular TV show 'The Biggest Loser', you get to witness how critical
it is to have a trainer that knows how to change your life and provide
solutions that are sustainable in the long term. Unfortunately most of what you see in the reality TV world
is anything but.
Understanding how your body
and metabolism works will allow you to tune in to your body and turn it into a
muscle toning, fat-burning machine!
Prices per session vary
based on session length and
frequency: from $45 to $75

How the One-on-One Program
Works...if you don't live in the Midland or Odessa area.
We can decide together in
advance how many sessions you will need. Typically, the 6-Week Update shown
above works for most folks coming from out of town. But you can choose as many
sessions as you wish while you are here.
Unless you choose to bring a
partner, friend or spouse, you will work one-on-one with Jesper Andersen your
personal trainer. You will engage in a variety of specific exercises that will
be determined to be best suited for your particular goals.
About 30 to 45 minutes each
day will be educating you in form and technique on exercises based on
your current level of fitness and past experience. The rest of the time
(approximately 2 1/2 hours total) will be spent on actual fitness
You will be taken from your
current level of experience, to a whole new level in just days. The outcome is
you will be able to easily replicate this program anywhere you choose. Whether it be at fitness solutions, a fitness
center, your corporate facility or your home gym. It's not so much the
equipment as it is 'what to do and how to do it' when it comes to results.
All training sessions must be cancelled on the day prior to the appointment. Faliure to do so will result in a charge for that session.
